I had the Crestone Fire Noodles with regular chicken and got other dishes for my family on their grand opening. Everyone raved about their food! The lady that helped us gave us a free chai for the wait, but it didn’t feel like we waited that long considering how many dishes we ordered. Excellence all around!

Hidden gem in the area! We were blown away by the amazing Lo Mein noodles — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The Banh Mi is an absolute must if you're passing through. We only wish we’d found this spot earlier in our trip! Definitely coming back next time we're in the San Luis Valley.

This place is a gem. Stopped in for takeout dinner and we were blown away at how delicious the noodle bowls we got were. The fried chicken was tender and perfectly battered. The garnish veggies were fresh and crispy and created an excellent flavor ensemble. The noodles had a deep wok seasoning like they came straight from a Bangkok street food vendor. Amazing! Highly recommend.

Already planning my next visit to this awesome food trailer! Tried the Lo Mein Noodles for the first time and wow — totally hooked. Full of flavor and super satisfying. And do not skip the cheesecake mess — I’m glad I saved a room for it! Super tasty. Big shoutout to the chef for seriously nailing it. The vibe here is super chill too. Loved sitting outside to enjoy the views. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel right at home. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out!

Delish! Had the smash burger today. The fries were excellent and the burger too. Outdoor seating only but very nice spot! My friend had the Asian chicken salad and really enjoyed it!

I’ve had some incredible Asian food in some random places, but this my favorite! Real Korean fried chicken sandwiches? I wasn’t halfway done with it before I was thinking about leaving a review! Fresh spam musubi and great noodles with good portions! Appreciated the sidewalk chalk for my kid to play with while we waited! Will be passing through again!

This place is great. I got the crestone fire noddles and they were absolutely delicious. I didn't expect everything in there to work together but it totally did, perfect spice level and a huge portion. Service was super friendly and quick, definitely worth a stop.
